We have adopted the BS EN IS0 9001:2000 Quality Standard as the model for our business management system.
In-process and 100% final inspection and test activity is prescribed to ensure adherence to the specification throughout the manufacturing cycle. Full automated electrical testing of cable assemblies is carried out using the MK Test Systems Automeg test equipment. We have invested in three of these computer controlled testers to carry out DC continuity and insulation breakdown tests and AC high potential and capacitance tests. Copies of the test report are provided for each harness tested.
Full characterisation is therefore, provided to assure you that the cable harness has been fully tested and meets the necessary performance criteria.
