We have adopted the BS EN IS0 9001:2008 Quality Standard as the model for our business management system.

In-process and 100% final inspection and test activity is prescribed to ensure adherence to the specification throughout the manufacturing cycle. Full automated electrical testing of cable assemblies is carried out using the MK Test Systems Automeg test equipment. We have invested in 6 of these computer controlled testers to carry out DC continuity and insulation breakdown tests and AC high potential and capacitance tests. Copies of the test report are provided for each harness tested.

Full characterisation is therefore, provided to assure you that the cable harness has been fully tested and meets the necessary performance criteria.

Our Engineering led approach to production enables us to adopt a cellular manufacturing system wherever applicable. This offers you the benefit of a dedicated manufacturing area for your product or project with its own workforce and a cell manager to act as a single point of contact.

Process Control Documents generated by our Engineers clearly define the process steps while our multi-skilled workforce is trained against industry leading codes of practice that explain the methodologies used.

All of our operators are highly skilled, experienced, trained to IPC-A-620 and are familiar with all aspects of cable harness assembly, such as: hand laying, screening, jacketing and terminating complex composite wire and cables.
