Engineering Services
The Engineering team will work with you both on and off site to consider material selection, review harness configuration requirements and address environmental issues and cost implications before offering a design proposal for your approval.
The Engineering team can also work from a rough sketch using HarnWare to produce a drawing package for you that consists of the assembly drawing, component parts list and wiring schematic. If you prefer, we are able to offer you a 3D version of the drawing to provide a virtual "prototype" of the harness to enable the design to be checked from any angle. Once the drawing has been finalised and signed off, a first article sample is produced by the Engineer and provided for your approval.
We will provide you with all the technical support you need that includes, for instance, site visits to establish cable lengths, routing and installation on a vehicle or piece of equipment.
Our technical support activity extends worldwide with the Engineering team regularly being called upon to visit customer sites in, for example, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the USA.
Our Engineers are certified to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620 with two of the Senior Engineers "Certified IPC Trainers".
