The engineers’ extensive knowledge of materials, sources and methodology allow them to determine the best options to present for your approval. Often judicious selection of materials and source of supply allows significant cost to be taken out of a project.

Kaliber Ltd use “Harnware” to produce 2D designs and 3D modelling which can be exported in IGIS files to most CAD Systems, including Solidworks, Pro-Engineering and Catia.

We will provide you with all the technical support you need that includes, for instance, site visits to establish cable lengths, routing and installation on a vehicle or piece of equipment.

The key to our success is in our  expert engineering team, who will:

• Conduct On-Site visits to customers premises in the UK, USA and Europe
• Produce 2D drawings that include a component list and wiring schematic
• Create 3D modelling exported in IGIS files to most 3D CAD systems (such as Solid Works, Pro-Engineering and Catia)
• Provide input on component selection & harness configuration aimed at reducing costs without affecting performance

Our Engineers are certified to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620 with two of the Senior Engineers “Certified IPC Trainers”.
